MSH-Mobile is the software component for mobile devices (iOS and Android) in the MySmartHealth (MSH) platform, which allows for the remote self-monitoring of blood glucose to patients with diabetes. MSH-Mobile reads and characterizes the data collected by the glucometer MSH-Meter, which is connected to the mobile device through the audio jack, and sends it securely to the centralized system MSH-Center, from which diabetologists and other specialized staff can query and analyze the data sent by patients. MSH-Mobile guides the patient in the monitoring process, and also provides a log of the glucose measurements performed.
